Seven simple exercises to kick start

Thinking about getting fit and looking good naked.... To get you in shape, we  have come up with some simple exercises that will change how you look in as little as four weeks. You won’t have to go to the gym or buy any special equipment — all you need is determination and ten minutes a day.  Plank A plank is a static exercise, which means you don’t need to move while doing it, but simply hold your body in the correct position instead. To do it right, follow the example shown in the picture and prop yourself on your elbows, forearms, and forefeet.
